Mala Matura 1947 plot
It has been two years since World War II ended. Ludwik leaves Lviv with his family and they move to Krakow. The 14-year-old boy soon befriends a group of boys at school and starts a new life. Ludwik is a typical 14-year-old; he falls in love for the first time, jokes and argues with teachers. When he is wrongfully arrested, he begins to resist the regime's oppression for the first time in the name of freedom.
