Maeva plot

In Tahiti, a girl from a fishing village hopes she will marry one of the local residents. It is a boy with whom she works a lot. However, when the boy leaves, the girl is left heartbroken. She is raped by a sailor and flees to Europe, where she tries to become a model. She again meets a boy with whom she falls madly in love, but after a short relationship he leaves her. She is left in tears again.
