Machboim plot

Uri, an Israeli boy, lives with his grandfather because his parents are participating in the resistance against the British occupation. He has a good friendly relationship with his teacher Balaban. One day he sees Balaban together with an Arab man, whereupon Uri concludes that his teacher is a spy. He reports this to the authorities. But then he finds out that Balaban and the Arab man are lovers.
