Le Combat Ordinaire plot

Marco, a weary Parisian war photographer, wants to leave the war zones behind and start a new life in the countryside. But with a retired father who suffers from Alzheimer's and his frequent panic attacks, which can only be suppressed by permanent medication, Marco has a hard time and finds himself in a downward spiral. But something seems to change when he pays a visit to local vet Emily, with whom he begins a relationship that will shape his future.
