La Ribelle plot

Sixteen-year-old Enza is a neglected child from a large family without a father and with a worn-out mother. She and her seventeen-year-old sister Rosaria are caught stealing. The two end up in a penitentiary with the nuns. Enza wants to escape and she falls in love with a boy who only wants sex. Then she falls for the gentle Franchino, but she chooses Rosaria.
