La Gita plot

At fourteen, Magalie, the daughter of immigrants from Senegal but born and raised in Italy, faces the difficult task of finding a place for herself in the world. When she is denied the chance to go on a school trip abroad, which would have been the perfect opportunity for her to declare her love for her classmate Marco, that place in the world seems out of reach. But then something unexpected happens.
