L'Humanité plot
Pharaon de Winter, a young police officer with a simple, sensitive nature, investigates the murder of an 11-year-old girl. After the tragic death of his wife and their baby, Pharaon lives alone with his mother and struggles to cope with the evil he sees in the world. He is secretly in love with a young factory worker, Domino. He accompanies her and her oversexed boyfriend Joseph when they go out. Like his grandfather, a well-known artist, Pharaon is looking for the beauty in the world, but what he usually sees is ugliness.
