Nicole, a nurse from Grenoble, has a harmonious relationship with Jacques. On her way home one evening, she is assaulted by four men. Traumatized both physically and mentally, Nicole thinks she will never come to terms with the event. Until she recognizes one of her assailants. An ordinary man, garage owner, family man. Nicole decides to file a lawsuit on the advice of a friend.
