Lucien Marguet is an agent in the French Narcotiga Brigade, who doesn't stick to the rules. After berating one of his superiors, he is transferred to another team, where he regularly argues with his colleagues. Meanwhile, he worries about the drug-addicted prostitute Cecile, with whom he was a friend, when she suddenly disappears without a trace.
