Koibumi plot
Five years after the end of World War II, the depressed Reikichi Mayumi finds new work writing love letters on behalf of others. However, when he reconnects with his ex-girlfriend Michiko, his own principles and ideas about love will be tested. Michiko has been through a lot as a result of the war and the subsequent American occupation and bears the scars of that.
