Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye plot

After a night that got out of hand, he wakes up on the beach with the corpse of a young woman close by. Dustin can't remember anything but everything seems to indicate that he committed a murder. The homeless Minnow offers to help him, in return Dustin must do him a number of services.
