Kiskanmak plot
In the early 1930s, a ball is organized in the Turkish mining town of Zonguldak. One of the guests is a newcomer to town: Halit. He does the ball together with his wife Mükkerem and sister Seniha. Mükkerem's passionate dance with Nüzheta, the spoiled son of a local industrialist, culminates in an equally passionate affair. The chance for Seniha to step out of the shadow of her brother and sister-in-law and manipulate people.
