Kidnapped plot

After his father's death, David Balfour pays a visit to his unsympathetic uncle Ebenezer, who would particularly like to lay claim to the large inheritance. So he orders Captain Hoseason to kidnap his nephew and sell it overseas as a slave. However, David manages to escape with the help of rebel Alan Breck Stewart and together they experience one adventure after another in eighteenth-century Scotland.
