Jackie plot

Russian orphan Jackie lives in London and studies dance. She is noticed by the wealthy young American Mervyn Carter, who is impressed by her talent and makes an appointment to see her. Meanwhile, Jackie's teacher apprentices with Bill Bowman, manager of a group of dancers. Jackie befriends Benny, a crippled boy, and when Bowman tries to attack her, the two flee to London.
