Ich Gelobe plot

Berger (Christoph Dostal) is a conscripted soldier stationed on the Austro-Hungarian border. The sensitive Berger lets the soldier's life come over him without much resistance. He flees into his erotic and romantic fantasies, which contrast with the vulgar approach to sexuality in the barracks.
