I Vicerè plot
"From a novel that has been censored for over 100 years"
Based on the novel by Federico De Roberto, I Vicerè tells of the death of Princess Teresa of Sicily in the mid-19th century. She is a descendant of the Spanish noble Bourbon family and these and other related families come together for the funeral. In fact, the main reason is to arrange the huge inheritance, which is described through the eyes of Consalvo, the youngest scion. Despite all the grandeur and decoration, Consalvo sees all political and religious leaders mainly playing dirty games.
