Honigfrauen plot

In the summer of 1986, sisters Catrin and Maja from Erfurt, East Germany, received a visa to go to Lake Balaton in Hungary. Soon they are observed by the secret service Stasi. While Catrin quickly makes friends at the campsite, the younger Maja becomes drawn to a luxury hotel for western tourists.
