Heiter bis Wolkig plot

Tim and Can are best friends. And best friends share everything, sometimes even the dumbest ideas. For example, they have a special act to seduce women: they pretend to be terminally ill. Until Tim falls in love with Marie. However, Marie's sister, Edda, is really terminally ill. Now Tim has no choice but to continue playing the sick, also for Edda. However, he soon realizes that Tim is pretending. So she offers him a deal: if Tim complies with her wishes, she will keep his secret and not get in the way of his love for Marie. This puts Tim in the most absurd situations...
