Haunts of the Very Rich plot

A group of wealthy people are flying to a resort on a remote island. When they land, they are greeted by the mysterious Seacrist (Moses Gunn). On the island, Dave Woodrough (Lloyd Bridges) falls in love with Ellen Blunt (Cloris Leachman), while Rev. John Fellows (Robert Reed) is haunted by problems related to his spirituality. During their stay they discover more and more special things about their host. It also turns out that everyone on the plane had a near-death experience just before departure.
