Gorgonà plot

In an impoverished city-state, the inhabitants count on the refinery as their raw material. The power - and weapons - are in the hands of men led by Nikos. He is currently seriously ill and is busy with his succession. When it turns out that his protégée Maria is also on the list, everyone reacts in shock. In the meantime, a singer, whose fate is intertwined with that of Maria, finds her way to the village.
