When his wife dies, teacher Michael Evens wants nothing more than to revive the Bible Club she once started at school. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees. Angry parents point out the separation of church and state and a disagreement ensues that leads to a big riot. Vermont's ever-close-knit community is split into two camps. Will Michael be able to stay true to his faith and fulfill his dream while aligning all parties at the same time?
