Gan no Tera plot

Satoko is a young prostitute who belongs to the famous painter who painted the geese on the temple from the title. When her master dies, she moves in with the chief priest there. With him also lives a young disfigured boy who grew up as an orphan in the temple. While the priest uses the young woman for his own lust, she becomes attracted to this melancholy boy, creating a dark love triangle.
