Galantuomini plot
Ignazio, a well-known judge, returns to his native Salentino, in southern Italy, to investigate a childhood friend's overdose. He soon learns that an escalating gang war is underway. At the funeral he meets Lucia, a single mother who is also active in the criminal circuit. She was his childhood sweetheart and now something blossoms again between the two. When Ignazio discovers that Lucia's son was the result of an affair with local mob boss Infantino, things get out of hand.
