On the threshold of his 50th birthday, Nacer Belkacem dreams of a better life. Over the years, however, he has built a situation that everyone envies: a loving father, a happy husband, a model employee, and a respected member of his community. But his facade is starting to crack. Beneath the seemingly perfect surface, Nacer has piled up questionable expenses and investments. Soaked in debt and on the brink of collapse, he hatches a desperate plan to stay afloat.
