Frühlings Erwachen plot
Melchior, Moritz, Wendla and her friends are fourteen years old and go to school together. Top of the class, Melchior is mainly concerned with exploring the secrets of love. Moritz is under constant pressure. He has to learn very well, because he does not want to risk his transfer to another school. Everything scares him. He relies on Melchior, who really has no feelings for his friend's condition. And Melchior also has secret meetings with Wendla and even sleeps with her.
