Friendship's Death plot
In 1970, during the Black September riots in Jordan, aliens send a female robot to Earth to summon humans to live in peace. Sullivan, a British journalist, comes to her rescue when she is found undocumented after a bomb attack. He offers her shelter in his hotel room. There she explains her mission and that she comes from another planet. Sullivan isn't sure to believe her story, but he finds her unusual view of the world very interesting.
