Rich and idealistic Paul Reynolds singles out the down-to-earth Lizzie Thomas to discuss the chaos in his administration. Lizzie is swept up in Paul's enthusiasm. A big party organized by Paul turns into a drama. Fighting partygoers are broken up by the local police and Paul sees his party go to the moon.

Stephen Poliakoff always a good name for quality drama on the BBC.
Here it was in high society in the eighties and nineties. The strange working relationship between the extremely wealthy Paul and his secretary Lizzie, who attract and repel each other like a kind of love couple, while surrounded by artists, writers, politicians and philosophers.
