Flying Fifty-Five plot
Bill Urquhart, a young misfit disinherited by his father, tries to get a job as a jockey - pretty much the only thing he's really good at. His name and position work against him, so he takes a pseudonym and relies on the charity of a drunken friend, through whom he meets Stella Barrington. This young lady has not only inherited her father's horse stables but also his debts. Still incognito, he accepts a job as a permanent servant for Stella, but little makes her realize that he could become the man who will make sure her money problems are over for good....
