Finzan plot

The fate of women in general in an African village is depicted on the basis of two women. One is a widow, she refuses a forced marriage to her deceased husband's brother. For her courageous resistance, she finds support from the other women of her tribe, unlike a girl who resists the practice of a barbaric custom.
