Richard Forst is feeling old. One night he leaves his wife for Jeannie Rapp, a young woman who doesn't really like friendships. In the meantime, Maria, Richard's wife, is seduced by Chet, a nice young man from Detroit. A story about the empty lives of some rich middle-aged men.
