El Sol en el Espejo plot

Several residents live in an old pension. Each tenant, in the rather dilapidated house, has his or her own sad story to tell and it seems there is little hope for them to get out of their problems. For example, a frustrated writer is desperately in love with a mysterious woman. There is also a retired army officer who tries not to face his poverty by constantly thinking about other things. But one day, fate smiles on them when something unexpected happens that puts them all in a different situation.
