El Leyton plot

"Until death do us apart"

After an absence of years, Leyton returns to the remote Chilean fishing village where he grew up. The villagers gather in court to hear what Leyton has to say. The story of friendship, murder and betrayal unfolds through flashbacks. Leyton and his best friend Modesto were both fishermen, but very different in character. Modesto is a boastful and arrogant, while Leyton is calm and reserved. Modesto is also unhappy with his current life, while Leyton wouldn't want it any other way. Then Marta appears on the scene. This beautiful woman marries Modesto, but he cannot fulfill her sexual desires. Marta is driven into Leyton's arms and then there is no turning back.
