Ein Katzensprung plot

Lieutenant Riedel is the head of an army motorized infantry unit and is always concerned about his men. However, the conscripts seem to be all right when he returns from his honeymoon. Corporal Weissenbach is an excellent driver on an armored gun vehicle and seems to have been an excellent representative during his absence. When he learns that Weissenbach has achieved the good results of the troops by very questionable methods, he is all the more surprised.
