Ein Date fürs Leben plot

Anna has been separated from her husband, the father of their 16-year-old daughter Paula, for three years now. She works as a department head almost around the clock. Her private life is limited only to her teenage daughter. Her gay friend and colleague Michael Strelinsky advises her to re-enter the man's world and open up to flirtations. Anna would very much like to follow this advice, but how do you do this if you have been almost exclusively friends with your work for three years?
