Dongbei, Dongbei plot

Xiao Xue is 19 years old and lives in Harbin, the northern Chinese town known for its ice sculptures. During the day she works as a saleswoman in a clothing store and in the evening she accompanies her boss and his guests to restaurants and karaoke bars. her friends don't like it, but Xiao Xue sees it as an opportunity to climb the social ladder. After a night of passion, she discovers that she is pregnant and that unwanted pregnancy will change her life drastically.
