Djanta plot

Djanta, a girl raised by a priest, returns to her native village to see her parents. She grew up in the city and when she returns, her father makes her marry an older man and stay in the village. This parental decision puts Djanta in a difficult position. On the one hand, there is tradition (respect and submission) and on the other, its own world (modernity and freedom). What should she do?
