Diana and I plot
Jack is a shy nineteen-year-old boy, the only child of a beloved mother who dies the same night as Princess Diana. Yasmin is unhappily married to Hassan, a businessman who cannot admit that his life is a failure. Her patience runs out when their television goes on just as she's following the news of Diana's passing. Michael has just started working as a reporter and honeymooner in Paris when he hears the news of Diana's death. Mary is a florist from Glasgow. She lives with her mother, who has Alzheimer's disease. She plans to drive to London and sell flowers for Diana's funeral.
