Devil's Pond plot
Julianne and Mitch go on a honeymoon to a desert island, Heaven's Pond. The island is deep in the woods far from civilization with no electricity, running water or telephone. The first days are romantic but over time Mitch changes his behavior into that of a possessive husband with psychopathic tendencies. Julianne discovers that Mitch is carrying a horrifying secret and tries to escape the island before falling victim to his twisted mind. The only problem is that the only means of transport to get off the island is a rowboat... and it has sunk.
