Der Tod des Flohzirkusdirektors plot

Ottocaro Weiss wants to make a play about the plague with the help of his assistant Anja. For Weiss, the plague symbolizes everything that makes life miserable. Unfortunately, events beyond his control and the lack of new talent force him to close his flea circus. Unbeknownst to him, however, someone else is still interested in the plague: Johannes Wagner. Not for the same reason, because for him the plague is an "organizing principle". He manages to get his version of the piece on stage.
