Der Schneider von Ulm plot

Albrecht Ludwig Berblinger lives in Ulm at the end of the 18th century and dreams of being able to fly. By chance he gets to know Jakob Degen, a maker of airships and sees his flying objects in real life. Berblinger himself develops a curious device with wings. But he hurts himself on the first flight attempt. However, he does not give up on his dream of flying.
