Dear Tenant plot
"An unbreakable bond."
After the death of his friend Li-Wei, Lin continues to care for son Yo-Yu and grandmother Chou, even though he is not really related. He lives with them and stays in their lives to commemorate Li-Wei. But when the grandmother dies and her other son Li-Gang returns from abroad, tensions arise. Grandson Yo-Yu has inherited everything and he is Lin's legal adoptive child. The disgruntled Li-Gang doesn't give up and calls the police. He claims that Lin killed Grandma Chou to take the inheritance. During the investigation, Lin gets more and more cornered.
