Christmas Land plot
Jules inherits her grandmother's farm. Christmas trees are grown on the farm. Jules wants to sell the farm so she has money to buy her dream home. Jules decides to refurbish the farm to attract more potential buyers. During her stay she discovers that many families have become attached to the farm in a special way. Jules is unsure whether she wants to go through with the sale.
