Chien plot
Jacques Blanchot loses both his wife and son, home and job. Little by little he becomes alienated from everything and everyone. He buys a dog in the hopes of starting with a clean slate, but unfortunately it doesn't end well. Then the tide turns when the owner of an animal shelter takes him under his wing.
