Change in the Air plot
An old man, Walter Lemke, skips breakfast with his wife Margaret, walks out and runs under a car. On purpose. When cop Moody Burkhart arrives and knocks on Wren Miller's door, who called 911, she hides. The next day, Jo Ann and Arnie Bayberry return from an expedition. Their neighbor Donna tells them that Walter is in the hospital and that she has sublet the apartment to Wren. When Walter returns from the hospital, a "conversation" ensues between him and Jo Ann in the front yard. Walter doesn't say a word and Jo Ann doesn't stop talking. Over the next few days, they both develop a fascination with Wren.
