Carnival plot

Jenny Pearl is a beautiful girl born in a poor family. From an early age she participates in stage performances. Eventually she becomes a ballet dancer with a friend. However, she pushes away the only man she truly loves and eventually marries another, after her mother's death, to provide security for herself and her crippled sister May. This ultimately ends in tragedy for all involved.
