"The New Battle"

When former Wall Street executive manager Peter Salem is released from prison, he heads to the small town of Bunker Hill, where his ex-wife and their children have started a new life. Soon after he arrives, all electricity in the town goes out. Community leaders are baffled. Is it a terrorist attack, alien life? Cut off from the rest of the world, a vigilante is formed to protect the population from an invisible power. The fear in the city leads to disproportionate actions by the vigilante, who are guilty of torture, illegal searches and eventually even murder.
