All over the world, people are leaving their country of origin in the hope of a better, happier, freer, richer and perhaps sexier life. In this triptych we follow three young people who are looking for a different home and a new identity. A spoiled Russian is sent to Berlin by her father for a lesson in humility. In Veendam, a young couple enjoys love just before moving to China. And freshly arrived in New York, a young woman loses track.
