Whoever deals or steals in this city is signing his own death warrant. That's a promise from The Brotherhood, a gang of high school students who are tired of crime in their town. Led by Derek, they take revenge on the scum that hangs around their school. At first, the revenge attacks seem justified, but soon the Brotherhood's methods become increasingly violent. Worried it's getting out of hand, Derek wants to stop, but is he still in control of his own gang?
