Broeders plot

The two Arab men Karim and Nassim live in the same neighborhood. One is a religious youth worker who tries to keep the whole neighborhood on the right track. The other is a frivolous drug dealer who tries to sell drugs to the entire neighborhood. One is shy and secretly in love, the other a player with a girl on each finger. Their path will eventually lead to an inevitable conflict.

In this short and one of the first productions of Adil el Arbi and Billal Fallah you can already see their great potential coming forward. Also in terms of theme you can see what they later embroidered on. They often address migrant themes from within the migrant community itself and try to bring some nuance in addition to the insight.

Again well filmed. Dynamic and energetic. A nice moral of the story too. I wouldn't be able to answer the question. I'll leave that to Allah. Not an unnecessary short to watch if you think highly of the duo.
