Laura is the wife of police officer Blaise Dietz, who has signed up for a special police unit. However, he does not get this position, based on information about his wife. She would have had an extramarital affair according to an investigation that should have been quashed long ago. Laura then works her way through all kinds of legal agencies to expose this illegal action by the police.
